What is a panic bar?
Panic bars are horizontally installed, push-able metal bars and they are placed on the inside of the door to go outside.
Reasons for a panic bar:
It’s extremely easy to use, simply push and leave.
This exit strategy has been saving lives, seconds matter in emergency situations.
People crowding at the door, makes the situation worst but panic bars help prevent these cases.
Panic bars come with an optional alarm which will sound upon exit.
If someone tries to cut, damage or destroy the panic bar, the alarm will sound.
